Terms of Service
By commissioning me you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.
All payment should be in USD. Via Paypal.
Payment is due in full upfront for any commission
Artwork cannot be used commercially, except for Emotes & Sub Badges, or claimed as your own
You MUST know what you'd like drawn BEFORE commissioning me. I will not hash out details before payment or I will charge a fee.
Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make a print for personal use.
You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. password: sp00ky. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
Emotes & Sub Badges are the only tier in which can be used for commercial purposes.
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid (unless it was sketch art).
There will be no refund if I am past the sketch stage.
You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.
